As a business or organization, it's easy to talk about the benefits of your products or services. After all, you know your organization inside and out, and you have firsthand knowledge of how it can help your customers. But when someone outside of your organization talks about those benefits, it's a whole different ballgame. It means your organization's services are so valuable that people are willing to speak up and sing your praises. And that kind of validation can be incredibly powerful.
