Guide New Hires through Profile Setup

Part of a new hires onboarding process will undoubtedly require them to create a profile in your HR management system. Nowadays, there are a lot of systems to choose from. While they may seem straightforward to you, your new hire might need some guidance along the way.

With iorad, you can create an interactive tutorial that walks new hires through each step of the process. You're not just explaining what they need to do, you're showing them exactly how it's done in a safe, click-through environment. Take a look at the example below to see for yourself.

1. The first step is to open your HR system and click My Info.

2. Click Ethnicity dropdown.

3. Select which applies to you.

4. Click EEO Job Category dropdown.

5. Select which, if any, apply to you.

6. If applicable, select a Veteran status.

7. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

8. Click the Personal tab.

9. Type First Name.

10. Type Last Name.

11. Click the calendar picker to fill in your birthday.

12. Click the month dropdown.

13. Select the month of your birthday.

14. Click the year dropdown, and select the year of your birth.

15. Click the day of your birth.

16. Type in your Social Security Number.

17. Click Gender dropdown, and Select which applies to you.

18. Click Marital Status dropdown, and Select which applies to you.

19. Type in your Street Address.

20. Type in your City.

21. Click the State dropdown, and Select your State.

22. Type in your Zip Code.

23. Type in your Work Phone.

24. Type in your Mobile Phone number.

25. Type in your Email.

26. If you would like, you can enter in your social media profile links here.

27. If you would like, you can enter in your Education details here.

28. When finished, Click Save Changes to complete.

And That's it. You're Done.
