We’re all too familiar with the scenario … when the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. This happens all too often throughout an organization with departments being in their silos, doing their own thing based on the individual department goals & needs.
Often times departments create & share similar content and share similar content tool needs but publish their content to different platforms based on where their users are interacting daily. Why not work together to use one tool and share content among departments whenever possible — but in the end publish it to your respective platforms.
At the very least, use your coworkers content as a spring board by duplicating content & customizing it for yours users needs. Wouldn’t that save you a ton of time?!
